Free site still mapping to expired domain

  I’ve cancelled my external domain (http://bitesizedtravel.ca) and deleted the mapping in WordPress (in Plans -> Domains), but when I use my site’s original address (http://bitesizedtravel.wordpress.com), it still attempts to go to my old, now-expired domain, resulting in an error.

  Have I missed a setting that I need to delete/turn off? I’d like to retain the free site, but it’s not working at all right now because of the domain mapping to nowhere. Is it a Chrome thing? I’m out of ideas. Help! Thanks!

  Hi there,

  Please clear your browser cache – your browser still remembers the old location of that site, so it’s going there automatically instead of checking if the site now exists at a new location.
