free space after space upgrade expires

  Hi,

  I had puchased a 5 GB space upgrade a little before the limit was increased from 50 MB to 3GB.
  Now my space upgrade is going to expire very soon.
  BUT out of 8 GB (5+3) space; I still have 7 GB out of which 5 GB will expire.
  So my question is – the free remaining 2 GB will still available to me?

  I have got a renewal notification on dashboard and I checked FAQs but things are not clear to me.
  Please help (even if the question looks stupid to you).

  Yes, the 2 will be available to you. All of the blogs get the full 3GB. But be aware that if you want to upload certain file types, you cannot do it without the space upgrade.
