Free Speech?

  Kindly review the attached blog.

  Please have a real person from your safety team review.

  I fail to see how trolling, and issuing threats as has been done is a legitimate exercise in Free Speech.

  This matter has been referred to the CA DOJ, PIU case number 615640.

  The blogger indicated is a self admitted troll, and capable of issuing threats. He creates an unsafe environment on WordPress, and I don’t believe should be tolerated.

  Not when his alleged free speech includes threatening me for writing about his “friends.”

  My blogs were disseminated by @klout, and media sources both questioned the other involved blogger about the legitimacy of his article, and questioned them about my debunking blog.

  No bloggers are named here. This is a legitimate question, as threatening me not to write about his friends, even as other major media questions the same article, is the antithesis of free speech.

  I should not be subject to violent threats, because I questioned a list, same as other major media…

  Although my new blog addresses twitter, you will see how posting on twitter, then on wordpress leaves each of you, @twitter, and @wordpress not acting.

  You are both headquarted in California, and Im a California citizen. Your combined systems should not so freely be utilized to transmit threats to me.

  I have issued zero threats, and have blogged on issues of broad interest.

If there is a WordPress.com site which you find to be offensive or which you suspect violates some law, please report it to our Abuse team by clicking the “Report this content” link in the upper left hand corner of the page in the menu under the page’s title.

  If you feel physically threatened or that you are in danger, please go directly to your local law enforcement as they will best be able to protect and guide you.

  I have reported the content through that feature.

  I have filed with IC3 (FBI NWWC collaboration) and have received acknowledgement of receipt of that filing.

  The CA DOJ Public Inquiry Unit has opened an inquiry into this mans tweets, vis a vis @twitter’s responsibilities under CA. Ref PIU 615640.

  This blog is tangentially connected, as it’s the combination of tweets and blogs that conveys the threats.

  I am a resident of CA, and you are a CA headquartered corporation, as is @twitter.

  This is for your information.
