Free theme GAZETTE

  Immediately apologize for my English, I don’t really know, so I used a translator. I recently installed a free theme from WordPress — GAZETTE and do not quite understand how to implement the same header as in the example demo: https://gazettedemo.wordpress.com/. I mean, these tiles above the logo. Dug up all the settings, but found nothing. I would appreciate any help. Thank you!

  Hi @smacktur!

  It looks like your site is not hosted on WordPress.com. That means you will want to post here instead:
  https://wordpress.org/support/theme/gazette :)

  Try this, then post on the other forum if you have trouble:
  – Make sure the Jetpack plugin is installed
  – Open Customizer
  – Open Featured Content
  – Use the Featured Content section
  – Choose a tag (like featured)
  – Edit posts, give them that tag and a featured image

  That is it!

  Note to other readers: if your site is hosted here on WordPress.com, you DON’T need to install anything – it’s already in place for you. Just follow the steps on the Gazette info page :)
