  I’ve developed a popular free theme on WordPress.org. Is it possible for me to list the free theme on WordPress.com too?

  Thanks for your interest but we aren’t currently accepting new theme submissions on WordPress.com. At the moment, you only have the option to submit a theme to the WordPress.org theme directory:
