Free to change blog name?

  I want to change the name of my blog as well as my username. I will still use the wordpress.com domain. Is it free to JUST change the name of my blog and my username. I don’t want to be charged for this.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Note that you can change the name under Settings->General but that doesn’t change the URL. Changing either is free, as is changing the username, but note that we get a TON of problem reports with it, particularly when people decide to go back to a previously used URL or username and find they cannot. So be sure you really seriously want to do this.

  If you want a whatever.com URL instead of a whatever.wordpress.com one, however, that costs $18 per year.
