  Hello! I recently started a blog. I created the blog under the ‘free’ option but I would like my own domain and more storage so I want to upgrade to the ‘personal’ option. Is there a way to do this without having to re-do everything that is already on my blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you already have your own domain registered somewhere else, or you’re going to get that, too?

  Yes, there is a way to do that without having to redo everything that is already on your blog.

  Upgrading plans won’t affect the content on your site — all of your posts, pages and media will still be there afterwards. Your free WordPress.com address (hainesworldblog.wordpress.com) will still work and will automatically forward to your custom domain once everything is set up.

  Do you already own a domain or would you like to register a new one here on WordPress.com?
