Free trial and Monthly payments for business plan

    Hello there,

    I spoke to a helpful customer service advocate earlier and the representative said that I could upgrade to the business plan and pay a monthly fee instead of an annual fee. The rep also said that if I replied to the email that was sent to me upon ending our conversation then I can get 1-week free trial. I did just that and have not heard anything. May I please have some help with this? thank you so much

    Thanks for reaching out. In general, we do not offer free trials. However, I have made a one-time exception and have added the monthly Business plan to your site. You have one free week on this plan. This plan will expire on 2023-04-20.
