Free Trial Cancellation

  My 99$ upgrade was scheduled to occur today.

  I couldn’t find the cancel option initially so I removed my credit card information from my account.

  When I did find it, I went through the proper upgrade cancellation process and was told that a confirmation email would be sent to my email. I never received the email.

  I have triple checked that my account email matches my actual email address and am concerned about being charged still ( after all I still submitted my credit card info initially for the trial ) .

  Sorry for the trouble! Your Premium plan was renewed today, but I can cancel and refund that for you.

  Before I do, I see that you registered the domain noobzunited.com with that plan. Do you want to keep that domain ($26/year) and get a refund for the rest of the plan ($73), or would you like to cancel everything for a full refund?

  Please keep in mind that canceling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again in the future, so if you want to use that domain anywhere after this it’s best to keep it.

  Sure thing! I just cancelled the rest of the Premium plan and issued your $73 refund. You can find the refund receipt in your Billing History.

  I just made payment today for the $99 premium

  I would like this cancel as i have decided not to go ahead with this
