Free Trial period Upgrade Cencellation not work!

    Hello,
    I use upgrade premium trial period and domain profit1x2-tips.com.
    I want cencell this upgrade and this domain because Your site is very restricted (Java, Flash, Tables, widgets, Themes…)! :( I must go on WordPress.org
    But I have problem with upgrade cencellation:
    I see text
    : ,,Upgrade not cancelled and refunded. There was a problem refunding your payment. Please contact support.” only!
    I want cencell of Premium upgrade!
