Free version. Contact page trashed. Could not edit. How do I access Live Chat support?

I am losing things like one of the widgets on my main page. The contact page would not let me edit or update, and my attempts sent many contact info pages to my own email address.
Also middle widget on main page is gone.
I wanted to link a page on the sidebar widget and have an address that can be copied or pasted but it is not a link like I wanted.
And I just changed my theme. On the demo page, it showed all my page titles. I thought this was awesome. I changed it and now only the home, about, contact and blog are there, and the contact page shows an error.
HELP!
Thanks! I am really doing well otherwise, I do like this wordpress. I am not tech savvy enough to get it all on my own.

I got my pages listed as I want for now. One problem solved.
I was told the only way for the live chat is to purchase a plan. If that is the only way, then no need to answer that question. -

Hi again @tishwebberwow, when you have a free site you get help from the community forums. You don’t get to delete the posts, so please be mindful of what you post here.
Also, one way volunteers try to determine who needs help is by looking at how many replies each topic has. When you reply to yourself, it can look like you’ve got help already. So as a general rule, you’ll want to enter one thread per issue, one issue per thread, then be patient while you wait for help. Or, if you’d rather not post in the forums, we also have a lot of resources at en.support.wordpress.com as well as dailypost.wordpress.com , or you can search these forums for your question to see if someone else has already asked and answered it.

One thing I did notice: you’ve been adding new articles as static pages. While that’s okay, you might consider adding them as posts instead. Posts are the news your site followers will get. Pages are more for things like “about” or “contact” or a static home page. Because they are more static / timeless, we don’t notify your followers of them, and they don’t show up in the feed.
So yo might consider adding your stories and poetry as individual posts, maybe categorizing them under “stories” and “poetry” and what not? You could also consider scheduling them, so that your followers will get a new story every X days or every week. We have details on that here:
