  Are there any free video players for WordPress that allow me to display pre-roll, mid roll and post roll ads on my videos?

  The feature you are looking for doesn’t depend on the video player you use, but rather of the platform you put your video on. E.g. youtube doesn’t allow you to run your own ads on their platform, vimeo only allows a limited number of ads for paid accounts.
