Free video trial didn't work

I am in the process of creating an online portfolio, which will include an mp4 video file. In order to add media of this type, I would have to upgrade.
When I clicked on the upgrade option to see the price, I saw a button that offered a free two week trial of the video upgrade. I clicked on that, and it took me to the check out screen, with a purchase of $0.00 – good so far. But then when I tried to upload the mp4 file, I wasn’t given the option.
I thought maybe I didn’t complete part of the transaction, so I went through the steps to get to the free trial again, but the trial offer wasn’t there anymore! Now it says that I can only purchase the upgrade.
How can I find the free trial again, and how do I get it to work? I would like to test my mp4 file before I make such an expensive commitment.

NOTE: I put my other blog as the one that I need help with because my portfolio blog is private, and I’m not sure that it would remain private after putting its URL on display.

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard to access Store → My Upgrades and Store → Billing History.
