  Can I use WordPress software to design a page and upload to a different host site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi qslsoccer,

  there are two versions of WordPress:
  1. self-hosted one – WordPress.org – you can design the site using this version in your server (host). The website: https://wordpress.org/

  2. one hosted by WordPress.com – this forum is only about this kind of sites and it is not possible to upload it to a different host.
  What you can do within paid plans is mapping the domain from another registrar to point to your site in WordPress.com.
