Is there a way to start blogging with Word Press for free? If so, how? I clicked on the free option that they have on the opening page, and it consistently ended up leading me to payment plan options. If there isn’t a way to start blogging for free, which plan is the best for blogging with monetization in mind? I would like to incorporate ads and affiliate marketing on my website at some point, but I wouldn’t mind getting a few blogs on my page first before I have to start paying for a plan. If anybody has information about this, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Responding to the prompt and questions at Create a Site should lead to page on which you have both free and paid plan options. If it didn’t then could you provide a screenshot (see Making a Screenshot) of what you’re seeing wrt plan options?
