Free Website deactivated

    hello,

    Our account recently became deactivated with no notice, email, or alert that our website would be removed. I am not able to get into my account neurogrdadmin at all. This happened earlier today. The email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    We didn’t have a two-factor identification, we did not buy wordpress, so we were not given transaction ID, and we have no email record of an activation URL because the University IT department helped us set up our programs website. Is there anyway we can at least make sure the content is saved so we can get our website up and running. This means that we cannot do any of the account recovery options.

    Please help us sort this out.

    The email you provided is associated with the account you’re using to contact us and no account can have the same email address.

    Can you please let me know your site’s address so I can point you in the right direction of getting support?

    Also, it is worth asking your university’s IT department for more information on the issue.
