  how do we publish website for our domain name for free?

  Hi,

  you will not be able to connect a custom domain to your WordPress.com site for free. You can either purchase one of our plans and map the domain for free or, purchase the domain mapping subscription. Without a paid plan, however, you would only be able to have it as a secondary address.
