  Hello, I would like just the standard free wordpress blog, not entering any credit card information. I would like the domain to be hashtaggovegan.wordpress.com. Just the standard free one. Thanks!

  The authors have deleted this site.

  Did you delete that site? It may be recovered by staff if you deleted it less than 30 days ago. If that wasn’t your site you’ll need to choose a different address for your new free site.

  It was my original site and I changed the name of my site and thought it might be a good idea to use the old name to send people to the new name (just in case people were looking for the original name).

  If you changed the address of the site rather than just deleting it I don’t believe it is possible to restore the original address.
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-site-address/ says

  Once you change the “example” part of example.wordpress.com, the old address will stop working. Visitors will not be redirected to your new site address. The old address will not be available for use again.
