Free wordpress blog BG not fixed on iPhone/iPad

    Hi! I am currently not ready to pay for a premium plan and have a simple blog layout on my site. However, I just noticed that the background is not in fixed position on touchscreen devices… it scrolls down and repeats. The only fixes for this problem I’ve seen have been through the CSS editor, however I don’t think I should have to buy the Premium plan to fix that issue – it’s part of the free plan!
    Help me out please!
