free wordpress domain name doesn’t work

i upgraded to personal wordpress site, but then realised it wouldn’t do what i wanted it to, so cancelled it and am pending a refund – however i can’t access the homepage on my free wordpress site which I assumed it would revert to. Not sure if this is just a timing issue , or something else

Can you tell me a bit more about the trouble you are having? I can see your site claudiafriendart.wordpress.com is online, but appears to have an empty homepage.
Do you mean to say that the site is online, but the homepage is missing? Can you describe what you used to have on that page? Is it one of the ‘draft’ pages here? https://wordpress.com/pages/drafts/claudiafriendart.wordpress.com

Hi there..
So as far as I can see is that yes, the site is online, but the homepage has disappeared – there was a single photo on it…it is still in published pages as the home page…so not one of the drafts – have deleted those, as they were try outs from different themes.
So I upgraded to use claudiafriendart.co.uk and then changed my mind…so once I had cancelled the order, this is what happened
basically the homepage etc has not reverted back to claudiafriendart.wordpress.com but seems stuck on the new, now cancelled upgraded
that’s all I know

Hm, that’s odd. Could you try clearing your browser’s cache? You can find here more information on how to clear the cache depending on your browser:
