Free WordPress theme for vertical images?

All the free themes I see have horizontal rectangle ratios for featured images and thumbnails. Do you know of any that allow for vertical featured images and thumbnails. I make my images Pinterest-Friendly so they’re all vertical rectangles.
I’d love a theme like this blog has but free: https://www.melyssagriffin.com/8-ways-to-brighten-your-home/ (her featured images and recommended post thumbnails at the bottom of her page are all vertical rectangles).

Thank you, thesacredpath! This is so helpful! I couldn’t even find such themes with a Google search.
My blogger friends told me that I had to create two pics for each post: one horizontal for the featured pic and one vertical for Pinterest (because I want to pin on Pinterest, like many bloggers).
I thought, “But that’s twice the work! There must be some themes out there for Pinterest-friendly pics.” And you found them! Thank you, again!
