Freedom of speech in regards to a blog revealing covertly unconstitutional laws?

    What if I need to reveal how presently legal laws are covertly unlawful because they’re inconsistent with the Constitutions of all countries. Can I simply place a disclaimer at the beginning of the blog article indicating that this isn’t meant to be used to incite violence and therefore not meant to be used to break the law as it presently stands? And that it’s meant to be used as a Supremacy Clause (declaration of invalidity) by lawyers to invalidate unconstitutional laws therefore reform is taken.
