Freeing up a cancelled domain

  Hi,
  I had a domain registered accidentally when I actually wanted to use a plan. The domain has since been cancelled. However it still shows unavailable.
  How long it might take before it is released back so that I can reuse it.

  Hi Rajat, can you go ahead and buy the plan, but skip the domain purchase and then update us here? We should be able to restore it to your account then.

  Since it is not really urgent, I can wait for it to become available. I was curious to know how much time it might normally take for the domain to be available.
