Freeze and Broken after big Import

    Hi,
    I import my Post and my Media from my current wordpress website (encausse.net) into a WordPress.com site (0v3rw47ch.wordpress.com)

    After import the data feels broken :
    – I can’t move/rename some categories the UI freeze forever
    – When I search for a top category sometimes it lost all subcategories

    I don’t know what to do ? Data import/export and management feels so slow.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    I can reproduce the issue and I will try to help.

    The export file may be incorrectly formatted, could you please try to export it again? Before doing that deactivate all plugins and change the theme to https://wordpress.org/themes/twentytwentythree/.

    If it doesn’t work again please, contact us via email or chat (Mon-Fri on your plan). You can access it via “?” icon, at the top right side of your dashboard. It would be a good idea to share the file with us via a link from a tool like Google Drive, Wee Transfer etc.
