Freeze header

  I have some sub menu’s under some of my headers, I had a look on how to freeze the header so only the information in the sub menu appears but cannot make any sense of the info. Can somebody explain to me how to freeze my headers – like step by step please??

  Can you explain a little more on what you mean when you say:
