Freezing

  Everytime I go to edit or write a new post, the page freezes and will not load. I have cleared the cache and restarted my laptop several times, but nothing changes.

  Hi there!

  Sorry to hear that! Have you had a chance to try using a different browser altogether to see if it works there? If you have access to a different device or an internet connection (like a mobile hotspot or a different WiFi network), please try that as well.

  I tried using Internet Explorer and it does work that way! Could there be something in Chrome that is keeping me from using it?

  It’s possible – it could be a specific setting or something else in Chrome combined with your computer that might be causing the issue. For what it’s worth I use Chrome daily with no issues.

  You can try opening an incognito window in Chrome and trying that way – if it works there, then there is some extension or setting that is disrupting the post and page editor.
