French characters not displayed properly (used to be fine)

  Hello,

  Since this morning “French” characters aren’t handled properly any more on my blog in the right column:
  http://iiscn.wordpress.com/

  Used to be perfectly fine up to now, anything changed ? How to fix it ?
  (tried firefox, safari, chrome, same problem)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
