French translation pending

  Hi. The expression “thoughts on” has not been deployed for years, although someone attempted an translation in 2014. It is weird to read this english expression within an overall well translated forum, especially in such a commonly used segment (commentaries). Please can we do something about it ? Thank you.

  Hi there!

  The translation (“Une réflexion sur”) currently matches the original string (“One thought on”). Would you rather see a different original string in this theme, and replace “thought” by “comment”?

  In the meantime, I’ve updated the translation to use “commentaire”. In the future do not hesitate to propose your own translations by following this guide:

  Hi ! On our french forum, the english string “thoughts on” introduces comments on an article (everything else is translated). We would rather have “réflexion sur” (which currently does not show up) or simply “Commentaires” than the english expression.

  Thanks for the extra details!

  You’re using a different theme, “Twenty Sixteen”, on your site. In that theme, the “thoughts on” string hadn’t been translated yet. I’ve just translated it for you; the translated string will appear on your site very soon!
