Fresh and Clean Continue Reading

  I have changed to the Fresh and Clean and theme. The continue reading/read more is no longer on all posts. I like this feature and can remove the continue reading from CSS but I don’t want to do that. I would like to continue to have continue reading/read more on all posts. It seems Fresh and Clean theme have a character limit to hit before adding the continue reading link. Is there a way in CSS I can shorten this character limit? I have the CSS upgrade option and would like to keep this theme. Thanks!

  This isn’t a CSS issue. The theme which I have used and know well has an active excerpt box. You create a post and then you go into the HTML editor and copy and paste the excerpt you want to appear into the excerpt box below the post editor and publish the post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/excerpts/

  I was just looking at this since everything I have found is editing the theme. Looking at going that route. Thanks!

  I used the excerpt function when I used the Fresh and Clean theme on one of my blogs. It’s easy to do and works well. You’re welcome. :)
