Fresh and clean menu bar

  My menu bar using the fresh and clean theme only supports 1 menu, however the sample sites using fresh and clean all have more than 1 menu along the menu bar. How can I add more?

  The default top menu of a theme automatically displays links to all your published pages. If you want more pages, you just create more pages in Pages > Add New.
  If you want to display links to other items, for instance categories, you need to create a custom menu. See here:
