Fresh & Clean: How NOT to show "this Topic was posted"

  Is there a way not to show “This topic was posted” along with its categories and publishing date in the Fresh & Clean Theme?

  Also, can I disable “Leave a comment” for ALL my posts on this theme?

  Is there a way not to show “This topic was posted” along with its categories and publishing date in the Fresh & Clean Theme?

  As far as I know, the only way to change the byline (“This topic was posted …”) is to get the Custom CSS upgrade ($30/year) and modify the CSS code.

  Also, can I disable “Leave a comment” for ALL my posts on this theme?

  If you want to disable comments for all new posts that you create, go to Dashboard > Settings > Discussion > Default article settings and uncheck the box next to “Allow people to post comments on new articles.”

  You will still have to edit published posts to remove the comment feature, but you can do that with bulk editing: http://en.support.wordpress.com/enable-disable-comments/#bulk-editing-comments

  Many Thanks (: It was the bulk editing part I had not yet understood. Excellent advise! CSS is still a bit daunting with my blog/site creation experience, however I will explore it.
