Fresh & Clean Information

Hi,
Im currently doing some graphic work to use with the Fresh & Clean theme which I hope to install and run over the next few days. I did have a question. I was browsing through the designers website (http://www.wpexplorer.com/fresh-clean-wordpress-theme-by-wpexplorer) and wanted to ask if it is possible to/or can be made possible to access the theme panel for the theme. The original design has the NivoSlider which is similar to the Featured Posts description on WordPress but allows to use just images with no links. Just wanted to ask if this was a possibly for this theme or for that matter with any other theme.
Also, for premium themes, are there any additional functionality added to the wordpress.com dashboard or is it simply to acquire the theme. I understand that some have their own panel’s to customize certain elements but was wandering if that was available on wordpress.com
Sorry if these are stupid questions but wanted to ask.

We cannot install any themes on free hosted WordPress.com blogs as there is no FTP access to our blog. Note that the only themes we can use on free hsoted WordPress.com blogs are found here > Appearnce > Themes
Those themes include some themes originally coded to run on WordPress.org software, which have been adatpted to run on our software here. They are not the same as the WordPress.org versions. They fo not include all the features the original version for WordPress.org have.There is no additional functionality at all when one purchases a premium theme. CSS editing cannot be used to change functionality. It can only be used to change appearance.

Oh I knew you can’t install. My mistake for having a wrong choice of words. I am going to ACTIVATE that theme. I run self-hosts for other sites and sorta knew that. Sorry for the wrong choice of words.
I will wait for the staff to answer the other question I had. The NivoSlider would be a great item to have. Of course, it came under a the theme’s own panel which I doubt will be accessible for wordpress.com users.

I believe the answer will be “no”. I vene vaguely recall that someone may have already asked this question but I could be wrong. I’m sorry but I don’t have time to search all the Fresh & Clean threads so I posted the link to them.

its totally fine. I’ll just assume its a no but still await a reply. there are a few other themes only that are cool that I will recommend via the proper means.
