  How do I get the image for the thumbnail on the above page to not be squished?

  Since none of us regular forum volunteers have access to any of the premium themes I’m afraid we will not be able to help with issues related to specific theme features and such.

  There is a separate support forum for the premium themes where you have access to the theme team and the theme designer, and that is part of what you are paying for. Go to appearance > themes in your dashboard and up near the top in the section where it shows your current theme is a link to the premium support forum. Post your question there and hopefully someone will respond shortly to your question.
