    Who do I contact to express my concerns about a Fresh Pressed selection, please?

    I love WordPress and I’d simply like to share my concern about a recent FreshPressed selection. WordPress is the BEST and I don’t want to sound ungrateful, but simply express my point of view. Thank you!

    Staff make all selections for Freshly Pressed posts that they wish to feature. I tagged this thread for a Staff response. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

    Thank you – I was familiar with this policy, and it’s totally valid of course.To be honest, I was on the fence about even contacting WordPress and I still am a bit hesitant.:)

    However, I feel compelled to speak up in the hopes that I will be heard.

    Understood but do be prepared to note that some think mental illness is a gift and some think it is a curse.

    If the blog violates the Terms of Service here, you can Report it using the drop down menu on the grey admin bar.

    Hi there raincoaster, it doesn’t violate any term of service! Should I post my email here for you to read, which was written for the person who selected the post? (It includes my acknowledgement that some consider mental illness a gift and some do not.) Thanks again, Dyane

    Before I share my email, I’d like to make sure that I won’t be penalized in any way for airing my views here. My email is not defamatory towards the blogger or WordPress, and I’ve been actually thinking of investing in the $99 upgrade!

    I think it is in your best interest to stop posting into this thread on a public support forum available to all with internet access and simply wait for Staff to email you.

    Both raincoaster and I are Volunteers, not Staff. This thread is already tagged for Staff and what’s required is your patience as Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in chronological order based on datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.

    How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.

    Please don’t bump your thread here by posting into it again because it’s not in your best interest to post to it after it has been tagged for Staff help. Doing that moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response.
