  Could you please assist,
  I would like to have a fresh start with creating the site, the only thing I would like for to remain is the domain name.

  Hello!

  What you’re looking to do is referred to as “Emptying your site”. This article explains what to do.

  Basically, you delete all posts, pages, categories, tags and media. The article explains how to do each step, and what you’re left with is the blank site with the original domain that you can build from.
