Freshening up my website

  • Unknown's avatar

Hi guys. I’ve recently purchased a new themes pack, as my website was seriously in need of a refresh. I have a few questions, if anyone has any info, it would be much appreciated. I was using the Astra theme, with Visual Composer, but I’ve now got Elementor, and a new theme.

    —————–

01: Is there a way to build my website pages beforehand? As I’ve never used Elementor before. So I don’t want to install a new theme until I’m at least a bit competent on Elementor. So was wondering if there’s a way to have a “dummy run” as such.

02: It’s a huuuuge long shot, but I was wondering if there’s any way to carry over content from one theme to another? (blog posts etc.). I highly doubt it, but thought I’d ask.

03: On my website at the moment, I have all my albums, in the store section, using a Bandcamp embedded player, so people can preview the music before deciding or not if to buy. There’s a lot of embedded player links. So, my question is, if I use an mp3 player, that hosts my audio to preview, is there a limit to how much music I/mp3’s I can upload through my WordPress dashboard?

Any other tips would be welcome too guys, cheers.
