Freshly Pressed question

I’ve been seeing Freshly Pressed when I open WordPress.com, and it really has been bothering me what it takes to get there. I check my stats often, and it displays low traffic nearly everyday. I have already hooked my blog to social networking sites (Facebook and Twitter). I frequently spell check each of my entries to make sure that I spell correctly and proofread them to make sure that my entries make sense. And, even though I do post a day, still, it does not help for me but ask, what could be a way to be freshly pressed? Is it the niche? Is it the writing style? Is it the visuals?

Looking forward to any valuable advice and assistance. Thanks. (blog at http://www.anthonynachor.com)

  • We actually hand-pick the entries based on a variety of criteria.

Thanks, engineer! I’ve read through that article several times, but, I’ve done everything I can to make it possible. I added tags, added my own visuals, spell check my entries very often (I even proofread my entry to make sure it makes sense), and it still doesn’t work. I even read through Learn WordPress to get focused, and it doesn’t help either. I’ve been blogging for the past 2 years, and I haven’t reached Freshly Pressed, which is something I’ve been struggling.

Any tips on how to make my blog better? Probably a more professional checker than me can help.

  • You’ve got a great looking blog.

The best I can say is to keep blogging and keep building an audience to increase your exposure.

I’m sure our editorial staff will find you some day. :)
