Freshly Pressed!? why don't my posts show up there?

just curious. i’m new to WordPress, but “freshly pressed” seems like it would showcase NEW posts… but i never see any of mine on there and today i’m seeing the same posts all day.
what am i not getting?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Posts that show up in freshly pressed are hand chosen by the staff keeper of the Freshly Pressed stuff. Take a look at the following.

Freshly Pressed consists of 11 recent posts that The Powers That Be choose to have on the home page for a single day or weekend. Most bloggers never have a post on Freshly Pressed.

All you have to do is favorably catch the attention of one particular person; more than 30 million other WordPress.com blogs do that particular day.

Yeah but don’t sweat it because getting into Freshly Pressed isn’t the moon or anything. I focus on creating a blog centered community of regular readers and try to attract new readers as I go. To me regular readers especially those who comment are worth way more than a tsunami of one hit wonders who visit and click out never to return again thereby creating an artificial inflation of stats and a high bounce rate.
