friend cannot sign up

  My friend is trying to sign up for a blog and has tried multiple browsers (firefox, safari, camino) and each time we click sign up after entering user name and email address and are taken to a blank page: http://wordpress.com/signup/?step2. He does not receive any email confirmation. Any suggestions?

  I tried today between around midday here in Eastern Australia, and now, nearly eight pm.

  So now I will post my blog but thanks for making the post in the forum notifying that the going was slow for somebody else also.

  Signups are fixed now – sorry for the problem.
