a friend has clicked “follow,” submitted e-mail, told to check e-mail to confirm. No e-mail shows up to confirm. Tried several times.

We had an issue this morning where no emails were sent out. Would you please ask him to try again now?
If that doesn’t work, please ask him to try checking his email’s spam folder.

Still a problem for my friends trying to follow my blog. See their report below.
I’m attaching a copy of their latest report on what they have done to try to follow. Can you give us more help?
“O.K. I’ve done it one more time. The same thing has happened each of the 5 or 6 times that I’ve done it. In the FOLLOW box I put the email address where indicated. Then I press “Sign Up”. Next it comes up, “We sent you an email confirmation”. But we do not receive any email and the junkbox is empty. Good Luck!!!!
PS Also Bob has done this–so it’s not just me –or we’re both doing something wrong.”Help?
