From #7 to off the board? answers please.

My latest blog entry was ranked number 7 earlier in the day, so I decided to check it just now, and i’m no where on the top100 list. Could someone give me an answer to why?

“hawt” posts. I was number 7, now i’m off the entire list. just wondering how that would be possible? As people are still flocking to my latest blog-entry.

The stats just clicked over for a new day, so possibly the Top Posts is only counting those that are active since the change. That can be volatile over the very short term. Wait it out and see.
Or, you could have had your blog put in the Mature category, or it could have been deep-sixed by staff for other reasons, which you’d have to ask them directly.

Also, the list you see on the dashboard is SUPPOSED to change according to some complicated formula cooked up at HQ. The #1 post is always #1, but the ones below are one out of a range of posts, and it’s not static or at least that’s what I’ve been told. Staff did this because people were very tired of seeing exactly the same people on that list all the time.
