From Editor to Administrator

    Hi, I am currently an editor for an ngo’s wordpress using my own account and would like to log into the WordPress account. However, the password for the account is not working. I have contacted the administrator of the website, however, when he opens the “My Sites” page, it appears blank. He is unable to see the menu bar with the host configuration option.
