From free website to hosted

  hi, i want to start a blog, and im thinking of using the free domain that you offer first and then transfer it to a hosted domain, is that a possibility?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You’ve already created the free site https://example898575.wordpress.com/ You can work on that with the option to upgrade at a later date to a WordPress.com paid plan to gain a custom domain (along with other stuff). If you decide you wish to move to a different host you can export any content that you have created here (not menus, theme, settings etc) and import that content elsewhere.
