From GoDaddy to WordPress

  Hi! I bought a domain with GoDaddy to transfer it later to WordPress, I need to change something called DNS but I don’t know how to change it and where, if change it on WP or GoDaddy. it’s the first time I do this and I have no idea.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. You cannot actually transfer your domain to WordPress.com as WordPress doesn’t accept incoming domain transfers.

  What you need to do is keep your domain registered through GoDaddy, and then you buy the domain mapping upgrade from WordPress.com to connect that domain to your free WordPress.com site. Full instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
