From two sidebars to one sidebar

  Hi,
  I have installed the bluebird theme
  Link to my blog: http://marcelleliemant.com/

  At the moment the side bar on the right has two columns
  Is it possible to move the ‘Welcome’ ‘Let’s connect’ ‘RSS feed’ to the top of the column on the right?

  I have been experimenting with html
  But I can’t quite work out how to move it
