    Can I revive my WordPress content as a blog rather than a website? Cost?

    A website is just a site with static pages that mostly don’t change and a menu for visitors to reach those pages.
    A Blog is a site where you post regularly with the newest content appearing at the top of the site so regular visitors always see something fresh.
    Your site already appears to be set up that way so it is a Blog.
