From Wix to WordPress
-
I am considering switching to WordPress from Wix. I designed my site on Wix (www.tsmoulton.com) and it has served as my photography portfolio for 2 years. I am curious if it is even possible to have all of my info transfer over smoothly and continue editing with WordPress.
Also, what are some of the main benefits in switching to WordPress from Wix?
Thanks!

You can do alot of things with respect to SEO in wordpress, what you can’t do in wix. Basically you cant edit the code what wix uses.

I think the article referred to above is about a move from wix to the WordPress platform. Be aware that worpdress.com uses its own version of WordPress and that article should be read with an understanding of the differences in WordPress platforms.
