From WordPress.com to getting own domain.

    Good day!

    I’m planning of turning my site like from hello.wordpress.com to hello.com. I just want to know if I have to get a plan first to be able to do that or I can just purchase a domain.

    And if I changed to my own domain, is my blog will still be visible in readers?

    Yes, if you upgrade a free site to a paid plan you’ll get the option of a custom domain address included for the first year. It won’t upset any content on your site, but just give you a new address and whatever additional features are included with the plan you chose.
