From WordPress to Bluehost

  Hello,

  I’ve been looking into transferring my wordpress.com site to a self hosted one with Bluehost. I’ve come to learn that they only support a wordpress.org site. I was wondering, if it’s possible, how I convert my wordpress.com blog to a .org? Also, in the process of doing so will I lose the progress I’ve made on my current blog location? Any other tips and hints you have for becoming self-hosted will be most welcome. Thank you.
