Front facing site works but no access to admin

  I updated the plugins I have on my site yesterday (i don’t know what they all are) and then I updated wordpress.

  The site still works as it was designed but I going to the admin page (https://www.highlightweddingsandevents.com/wp-admin/ or http://www.highlightweddingsandevents.com/wp-login) you just get a
  This page isn’t working right now
  http://www.highlightweddingsandevents.com can’t currently handle this request.
  error.

  I’ve already had godaddy deactivate the plugins and there’s still the same error so I’m guessing it’s an issue with the update.

  Update on this. There are a few elements of the site that are no longer there:

  -Icons on the Our Services buttons
  -Hero image on Live Musicians and Our Team
  -Drop down menus only appear on Home Page
  -Logos from Event Partners don’t load on Our Services page
  -You can’t click on the questions to get the answers to FAQs
  
  Any help would be greatly appreciated because I’m effectively locked out from making changes.
